Warranty Policy
Ticket to the Moon products are backed by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Faulty or damaged products must be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We ensure that all of our products leave our factory in good condition and free from manufacturing defects. Warranty issues are resolved by replacement or exchange, without credit or refund.
We advise you to register on www.ticketothemoon.com/register to give your hammock the 10 year warranty without using your invoice or receipt.
If you purchased your TTTM product from a store, you can first try contacting the retailer with proof of purchase and detailed information about your product's defects.
Each item under warranty is treated individually. Ticket to the Moon recommends that you contact us before mailing your hammock. Please allow 2-3 business days for response once request is submitted.
Nylon fabric is extremely durable but also fragile... Small holes (up to 5 cm) or burns can be repaired with a repair patch. The good news is that we will never let our users down, so they are available to ship from factory, please contact us for more information. FYI Nylon Repair Patch or Nylon Repair Tape can also be purchased locally!
PLEASE NOTE
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- UV damage (fading and brittleness can cause tearing)
- Elemental/accidental damage (wind, burns, animal bites)
- Improper maintenance or use (hanging more than 45 cm / 18″, use of sharp objects
- Exceeding 200 kg / 440 lb weight capacity, jumping, excessive swinging)
- Normal wear and tear
